The scariest thing that happened to me was that I had a seizure once, but I think it was actually more terrifying for the people who saw than for me. I was told that my face become very white and there was blue around my lips and I was shaking uncontrollably then when I came out of it my mom said I had a seizure and I had to lie down on the ground and wait for the ambulance to come. I was so tired and out of it and I was in so much pain that I thought I was dying and I almost had a panic attack on top of that. I stayed at the hospital for a few hours and then I was sent home. I’m fine now, but it was scary

These coma stories are a mix of terrifying and inspirational. The lady who can’t feel emotion without coma like attacks sounds as if she might be suffering from cataplexy, and while it must be scary and frustrating for her, it isn’t rare.
