Hasnt number one been solved already? Its called The Water Shaft Theory. They used water and buoys to move/float the stone slabs to the area and up to the high levels to coninue the building. Ok, its still a theory, but its the best and closest to the truth so far and it makes more sense than slaves etc being worked to death in the sun.
