  3. note this was all made possible because these people believed in a Christian God. if there was no Christianity there would not have been these barbaric torture devices or a the very lest they would not have been used anywhere as much, but you know the fucking human race we can’t live without our belief in some unprovable deity that promises ever lasting life as long as we act like good little zealots and do the so called Christian thing even if it is so completely against what a normal decent human being would do. bottom line religion that focuses in a monotheistic God that must be followed exactly or you go to a bad places equals a lot of people doing very bad things to one another.
