King Crimson simplified:
His main skill is not “erase time”, but to erase PERCEPTION OF TIME. Things that one person is doing or will do, will happen regardless during the duration of it’s effect (walking from point A to B, remain sit, attack), but the person will not be able to think or stop their action while the effect is active, except Diavolo. Combined with Epitath’s future vision, he’s able to predict one’s action, activate KC and act accordingly, since he know what will happen and make a way so that his target don’t act randomly during his attack.
