  1. You forgot to mention that in the injustice universe, Lois had a dead man’s switch in her heart. So when she died, a nuclear bomb destroyed Metropolis.

  2. The worst thing that happened to Superman was the death of Jonathan Kent, not his own. In Action Comics #900, Lex Luthor with the infinite power of the Zone Child, went deep into Superman’s psyche to see what made him, an all-powerful alien, despair the most. He thought he’d see the extinction of entire civilizations or his own death, but what he found something was something far more personal: the death of a family member. The one man who helped raised Superman into the man he is today. There exists no greater tragedy than that single death. And this wasn’t just a big deal for Superman, but for fans too, because he had been a supporting character for the longest time.

We saw him regularly interact with Superman in present events. Whenever Clark was looking for consolation and words of wisdom, he turned to him. He was very much like Aunt May before Aunt May, but unlike her, Jonathan’s death stuck. He was never revived. And the worst part is; Superman couldn’t save him. His death happens so suddenly and _right after_ he just saved him from a twister.

  3. Number 9: the slow death of New 52 Superman for the eventual writing out of the continuity to the point he never existed.

Number 1: the inability to maintain a family. One thing I loved about Rebirth was the fact he had a biological and hero family. Lois and their son Superboy were recently taken on a journey. Supergirl is fighting in outer space. Superwoman lost her powers and her team. Super-Man and his team was removed. Most other superheroes seem to maintain a hero family, except for Superman.

  4. Henry cavill was a trash superman anyways no actual personality to even resemble superman he got the look but none of the substance just like all the dc movie except ww
