  1. Sleep paralysis… I had it once, it literally feels so real, you can’t move, I remember clearly seeing two ghosts on my wall. I was scared shitless

  2. What, no narcolepsy? Combine sleep paralysis with extreme exhaustion and insomnia, sleep attacks (aka sleeping at random times during the day without even knowing you’re falling asleep) and cataplexy (basically, your body becomes temporarily paralyzed during the middle of the day). Oh, and did I mention the hallucinations? Sometimes so vivid that narcolepsy patients are sometimes misdiagnosed as having a psychological disorder?

  3. i kid at school has sleeping beauty and when it happens the school has to call an ambulance. one time it happend at camp and it took a long time to find him

  4. First time ive had Sleep Paralysis was the worst.Iit felt like my eyes are opened but I couldt feel my body at all,Ii tried to scream for a few moments but couldnt, then I wanted to cry but also couldnt like you are trapped inside your head, terrible feeling. The other few times you just used to it and learn how to wake up.
