  6. The Banshee was featured in the third act of the Disney movie “Darby O’Gill and the Little People” and that scared the cr*p out of me as a kid! The Gorgon (Medusa) in “Clash of the Titans (albeit not-so-scary stop-motion animated version) and some of these have been used for the shows “GRIMM” and “X-files” too!
