I have to agree with Zuko as the best character, and the top 5 is mostly ok…
But you can’t put Korra’s characters above the main characters of ATLA.
Legend of Korra as a whole is to Avatar what episodes I, II, III are to Star Wars… Are okaish but can’t hold a candle to the originals.
Azula and Katara should’ve been higher and Suki sould’ve been an honorable mention.
