  1. This show deserves more recognition. Was it as good as its predecessor? No, but it was still good.

  2. Beginnings is the worst shit ever.

It undermines the avatar in so many ways. It retcons the aources of bending. It fails the avatar journey by jist handing the ability rather than having Wan learn then from the people they represent. God and Satan analogies(and while i hear its based on Taoist beliefs, its still just objectively good and evil beings). Korra not having to actually learn anything since she had amnesia and thus is a blank slate. The fact that Watchmojo thinks that it’s the best is very telling of this channel.

  3. Korra Alone

They say she may never recover but 2 seperate episodes 1 of which she removes the poison that should have killed her from mass displacement before actually poisoning her and her ptsd which is removed by rediscovering Rava(even though they have no tangible connection). And done with the help of the person who put her in that position.

  4. A New Spiritual Age

A journey of self discovery. Except it isn’t. A shoehorned meeting with Iroh instead of any of her past lives. An episode disguised to look like she learn anything only to fail later. Especially since she already knew how to transform spirits.

  5. Turning the Tides, Lin BeiFong and Tenzin get valuable characterization and its amazing

  6. The Last Stand

Korra fights kuvira but its stupid. Bullshit causes new spirit portal and homelessness that korea dismisses even when the displaced people and president of the republic bring it up to her face. And the fact that thr canonization of korra and Adam has to be subtly implicit rather than outright pike straight couples(and saved till the season finale) is fucking annoying

  7. Out of the Past

It says rise and fall of Yakone but aside from the later mentioned background from Skeletons in the Closet, we learn nothing from this. Korra can’t take away anything from this besides a plot twist that doesn’t matter since Tarloq is then removed from the plot that same episode.

It didn’t whet anyones appetite. Korra gets raken in the most pedestrian method and cant even escape with didgnity. Or as Dr. wigs put it, “What, for every capable thing she does she has to have a moment of helplessness?!”
