    • WatchMojo.com what about Baron Zemo from Captain America: civil war, he had a clear motive, his family got killed by Ultron and the people whose made him all got free passes and never went to jail for it, so who else was going to justice for his family and also he never wanted to hurt anyone, especially the king of Wanakda he just wanted the tape were Bucky kills Ironman’s parents, if not for the Hydra agent who wouldn’t give the tape!

  4. I would have thought Clyde Shelton would be on here from Law Abiding Citizen, he had a good reason for his motives since he saw his family get murdered in front of him.
