  1. The movie’s “Toe Monster” was the dead woman from the “Haunted House” story, the Toe Monster was described as a bizarre-looking creature. Also the kid didn’t eat the toe in the movie, so shouldn’t the toe lady be drawn to her severed toe instead of the kid?

  2. honestly Harold didnt scare me all that much but what he did to Tommy was what really freaked me out

I would personally have switched the placement of Harold and the toe lady— all the monsters in this movie are scarily accurate to the books but there was such tension when the toe monster was after him, I literally had to close my eyes in the theatre. Again, both are scary but I think Harold was just a bit less scary compared
