If they said that he was bit on about two to three episodes ago and Carl still looked fine so my guess is that Theory 1.Carl is immune to walker bites.Theory 2.Obviously the worst theory but Rick is still in a coma.But if you go back Carl seems to be alive in Ricks view when the whole family was alive Rick Michonne Carl and Judith.I hope we don’t see Carl die.

  2. It wasn’t even Chandler Riggs decision to leave Gimple forced him out. What he was doing was telling him about killing off Carl so then Negan can live and shock the audience
