In terms of the emotional torture he meted out on every episode he was in, Romano getting a helicopter dropped on his ass was a rather mild choice – personally, having him eaten by a swarm of sewer rats (essentially being cannibalized) would have been preferable. Good doctor? Maybe… but human? Not even close.
