  1. I served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in San Jose several years ago. I never actually stepped foot in the Winchester Mystery House myself, but we passed by it many times. I still remember how distinctly it stood out.

  2. First why is except for one entry this list revolve around the USA there are many famous haunted houses around the world. Second the Amityville Horror is a complete bloody hoax!!! Yes the DeFeo murders are true, but both the author Jay Anson and George Lutz admitted the fact they lied, hence the house as we know it has no haunting, and still none of the subsequent owners have ever complained of one.
