Sombra and Alejandra were in a same comic so nope. Genji was only saved by mercy, it is not confirmed who turned him into a cyborg, and he was her patient 10 years ago, stop calling him her patient. Genji also wrote her a letter on Christmas, on which u connect with out loved ones and genji is the only character who calls mercy by her first name.
