  1. Gene Simmons’ attempt to trademark the devil’s horns gesture? Received such critical backlash from the music community that he had to stop the attempt. Was really hoping to see that one in here considering this was more recent that some of the other entries on this list

  2. FYI. Cardi STOLE her catchphrase “okurr” from youtuber HeyParis who is the ONLY public personality who has been using “okurr” for YEARS. Cardi even EMAILED HeyParis to tell her she’s a huge fan of hers. And when Paris found out Cardi was a fan she was so excited she made a video about it. And it was around this time Cardi started using the catchphrase…. Look it up yourself. All tea ☕☕☕☕

    • Btw. Paris HAS made a video about people accusing Cardi of stealing her catchphrase but Paris is a nice person & defends Cardi whether Cardi stole her catchphrase or not….. but the fact remains Cardi ONLY started using the catchphrase “okurr” recently, since it became so popular. Than she decided to trademark it. Im a fan of both Cardi & Paris and been following them for years. And I’ve WITNESSED all this happening. So trust these aren’t just assumptions, conspiracies or opinions. It’s pretty straight up. Lol

  3. Ya know, I really try to be an open-minded person. Most of the time, I don’t judge people based on unimportant, trivial things. However, I can’t stand this girl’s voice. I bet she’s a very nice person, but I just don’t like whenever she narrates videos. I quite literally go out of my way to avoid videos that she narrates, even if they’re on topics that I’d be interested in.

  4. No. Snooki should’ve won that case. Im not even a fan but I’ve never known nor heard of ANY other Snooki but her. So I can’t see how she couldn’t get the trademark. That’s BS
