  4. I’m hoping top 10 best CGI Anime/Animated Series, Rwby and Land of the Lustrous are the best I’ve seen so far.

  5. Ajin! No, I’m kidding, I love the cell shade style of Ajin, lol. Though the background characters…ugh. Japan has always struggled with CGI and using the method for random background people has always looked awful. It’s not gotten better at all over the years.

  7. Bottom line is while Japan may want to emulate the USA (and French) trend, good CGI ain’t cheap. The third most expensive movie ever made is “Tangled”.

  8. When looking for good cgi anime, RWBY and land of lustrous are good. I haven’t watched land of lustrous, but it looks amazing! The 3D of rwby as gotten better over the years too.
    And yes, I consider rwby an anime. Don’t judge me people.
