  2. 48s in and it hasn’t started. The subject puts me off anyway, as there is no quick way to lose weight. If there was, it wound already be common knowledge.

  3. Aside from keeping your ass away from soda, another good way is to just avoid any carbohydrates. While you can’t avoid it entirely, but a good way to cut most of it out of your diet is to just avoid any soda, any items that requires flour (like bread, pasta, perogies, etc), noodles, rice, and potatoes.
