  1. not with Trump he did repeal obamcare , its the democrab kept stopping him from doing so , but in the end he did do it

  2. Okay, FDR was successful to a point. Rumour has it he allowed the attack so that COULD be the unfulfilled promise. This is unfortunately speculation and even Husband Kimmel was ultimately mum on the subject. The fact that Pearl was attacked negates the promise under the given circumstances. Until then, the US was NOT in the war.
