  1. I went outside once after a shower and it was so cold out, by the time I got to my friends house it was starting to freeze

  2. Ophthalmologist here. Betacarotenes in carrots do not improve vision, but they do prevent age-related macular degeneration, among other lifestyle changes.

  3. After you eat your body uses more energy to digest the food and less energy can be reserved for muscles so, though it has nothing to do with cramps, it is still smart to not go directly to swimming after eating.
