Top 10 Terrifying Anime Villains

1. I do like most of the anime top 10s, but do all of them have to have to be narrated by the same guy. That cocky, sarcastic british accent makes me cringe everytime.

   I beg of you not to look up this anime movie. I read the book and was horrified at how graphic it was.

10. What about Donquixote Doflamingo from One Piece? Never thought a guy who wears a pink-feathered coat would be so terrifying.
