    Rules: influential Americans who could have been great presidents but were never elected or ran. Living Americans are excluded, because they theoretically still could.

  10. What about SHADOWCAT??! . one of the most unddereted Marvel(X-men) character. They could do the training arc when she went to Japan with Logan, and she got a baby dragon (that’s an alien). Do her justice!!!
