  1. I’ve taken the lunatic asylum tour and heard shuffling and whispers. On the 2nd picture for the penitentiary I was standing by the showers and looked up to the 2nd floor and to the right and saw a black figure pop his head in and out of a cell like he was watching my tour group?

  2. About the WV State Penn, should have mentioned the riot that happened right before it closed and the TONS of people who were killed, including the guy who was cooked alive in the kitchen. Been in there on tours numerous times. Very creepy and even housed Charles Manson a long time ago, though I believe it was for a previous crime and not the infamous stuff he’s known for. He also lived in the area as well with family.
