Do youngest inmates to have the death penalty
Why do they wait so long to kill prisoners on death row? Is it to give them time to stew on what they have done? Or does it have to do with something legal. Or is it so if (I say if very loosely) a chance to prove their innocence (tho I highly doubt they are). Give prison time to make their life a living hell.
