I have heard 3 am being the “Witching hour” or “The time the veil between the worl of the dead and the living is at it’s thinnest”. Why would it be the religious figure of the “devil”? Apparently he works 24 hours a day. I can validly comment on this since I have died twice and have regular occurances at 3 am.
