Its the end of the world as we know it, and we feel fine. For today’s list we’re looking at some of the best anime series that happen after an apocalyptic event. These include favourites like Neon Genesis Evangelion, Desert Punk, Battle Angel Alita, Knights of Sidonia, Akira, and fist of the north star (hokuto no ken).   1. Stopped watching when I saw Fist of the north star isn’t in first place. That is a SIN!!!!

  2. Trigun isn’t post apocalyptic. It takes place on a completely different planet. The ship just kinda… crashed… a little bit. No apocalypse, just some settlers who didn’t get to keep most of their tech that they brought.

  3. I’ve not watched much anime, but i think half of the ones i have are the top 4 on this list.
