The most difficult scene for me to watch is the horse semen scene from Jackass 2.
I am a baby boomer and have seen a lot of shit in my time nut never like this- never heard of most and only saw Saw Salo and Pink Flamingos which I don’t think belongs hear because it is camp and most people laugh, grown and go eeeww
Could have stuck in things from The Cook The Thief His Wife And her Lover or Peter Jackson’s early horror Dead/Alive or Re-Animator (cheesy I know)
