  1. I can’t say that I’ve “dieted” before, but there have been times where I’ve stuck to (mainly) 1 type of food over a long period of time. I once got a craving for raw onion & I’d make myself at least 2 raw onion sandwiches daily (often with a couple of slices of ham). Then another time, I ate only scrambled egg twice a day; for breakfast & dinner (while skipping lunch & napping between 10am-5pm). Then, for the whole of 2017, I had 1 meal in the evening; white rice with korma curry sauce, mixed with sour cream & a small portion of nachos on the side. I’ve been eating differently this past month or so, though. I’d still only have the 1 evening meal; consisting of crackerbread with butter/margarine & slices of ham (“pork, onion & tomato” flavour), often with something else like smoked salmon, mini pork pies, “Dairylea Lunchable”, etc. There’s so much I can’t eat; as I’ve had a dental clearance, an ileostomy & am also diabetic. Unlucky for me, LOL… 😂

  2. I tried a diet where u take pills & drink protein shakes & when u pee, it takes out all the fat in your body & helps u loose weight.

  3. i had to have a feeding tube on and off for 4 years i can’t believe people r doing that just cause they went to lose weight i did not like doing it and i needed it some people r crazy
