  3. Hmm, there’s pretty much nothing more controversial than when Nelson Emerson of the Winnipeg Jets threw a puck in the crease of the net in overtime against Chicago’s goalie Belfour. It didn’t appear to even make it past the goal line, throwing the puck in is clearly something that isn’t allowed anyways, it was VIDEO REVIEWED, and still was concluded to be a good GAME-WINNING OT goal. Winnipeg was handed a 1-0 win for a game they never actually won. It was bonkers.

  4. All Patriots games should be on this list (especially the Jesse James catch game). The refs always favor them + Goodell always favors them.
