Hey YouTube, Jim Here! Welcome to Top10Archive! Maybe one of the most important parts of any YouTube channel is the viewer’s ability to actually hear you. When recording, you want something that will provide crisp quality devoid of hissing, crackling, and any other audio hindrances. Take it from me, finding the right microphone can be a costly process of elimination, which is why I’ve laid out these top ten microphones you can find on Amazon for under $100.

  1. I use a Fifine K668. It picks up solid, clear sound within a range of 8 ft, and is under $30.

  2. tip: Chekk the tecnical spec`s of your mobile phone, Dont buy a microphone and think Really good quality Will be when the mobile soc(system on a chip) might actually be pretty bad for audio eks: Mono and 22khz(mine is thats so not good. but new phone it probbly is alott bether and alsoe the worth buying external microphone for it 🙂

  3. I use the Blue Yeti for my podcast. I think when I purchased it, it was on sale for just under $100.

  4. you pay for what ya get!!! Try a Telefunkin C14,Neumann U87, Electrovoice RE20 you will need a very nice Pre amp like a Neve 5088 or BAE 1073. you could also go down the Path of the illusive Ribbon microphone like the Royer 121. Most of the Neumann Mics have select-able polar patterns to help with capturing good sound quality. also would like to mention that compressing video/audio ruins the quality. use proper sample rate/bit depth will also improve the quality

  5. I’m surprised you guys don’t do more “Where are They Now?” Videos like you used to. Those always seems to get good views for your channel and are massively entertaining
