  1. the black album was the last good album metallica ever made they’ve been
    shit since, just saying

  2. Not a fan of them but how does AC/DC BACK IN BLACK not feature on this
list?? It’s only the second highest selling album of all time ?

  3. I agree. A little surprised with some, but not bad choices overall. The
newer Volbeat albums have a lot more pop in them as well. Would probably be
more acceptable to non metal fans.

  4. True story I went to a metal festival and Mastodon played the main stage
early afternoon. The crowd… Kind of thin but I had good seats for
Slipknot so I checked out their set. During one of the songs the band
DEMANDED everyone stand. Very little obliged so the guitarist took it upon
himself to SIT ON STAGE and play the rest of his set like a spoiled infant.
From that day I ignored them as a band and show them no respect.

  5. For people who don’t like metal, and/or love classical, Metallica’s S&M
    would be a good start.

    ???

  6. Where’s Hybrid Theory? No matter how much people don’t like Linkin Park
    it’s still considered Metal.

  7. No, Number of the beast is not for those who don’t listen to metal. If
anything, it encourages the stereotype non metal listeners have against the
    genre.
