  1. Others too, though more heavy with social realism — “Sophie’s Choice,” (okay, that was entirely tragic) and “Moscow on the Hudson” (we love and miss you, Robin Williams) — and magical realism “Bagdad Café” (though I can’t remember if the German character stayed when she came back)
