  1. I haven’t seen “The Langoliers” and “It” in miniseries-adaptation-versions. They are only 3 hours long after all. And if you think 3 hours is long, keep in mind that none of the “Lord of the rings”-movies are shorter than 2:52. “The stand” 5:59 and “The shining” 4:33 are a little much to watch in an unbroken line – although I have, on occasion done so. Oh, by the way: The villain in Stephen King’s first and only Fantasy-genre novel “The eyes of the dragon” is also named Flagg.
