  1. Blair Witch Project is rather dull and not deserving to be so high on the list. It’s good to bring up in dicussion, but I wouldn’t waste the time viwing the film in class. The Witch is horrible! First off, it’s incrediblly hard to hear. I had my volume all the way up on my tv and still had to put on subtitles to hear what was being said. I could understand the old english dialect, it was just really low. Two, it’s incredibly slow. I was ready to turn it off half way through because it was dragging so much. Three, it just kinda ends. There doesn’t seem to be a real wrap up to the film. It’s literally just everyone dies except the oldest who joins the naked dancing in the woods. I still don’t quite get why the parents are so quick to blame her for everything. Your left trying to piece together everything with too few details. Plus, any GOT fan is watching it just to see the mother die. That was one of the only perks to the film.

  2. It follows make no sense if you pay any attention to how the whole following thing is explained i the movie. Plus it’s boring as well. Lmao.

  3. The original texas chainsaw massacre. Aside from the style of the movie, it’s FULL of symbolism…The Last Broadcast…discusses the impact of the internet, which was only a few years old at the time…foreshadows social media by almost twenty years….and Cannibal Holocaust (if anyone can actually endure watching it), which is the first found footage movie..also discusses the lows which people will reach to be famous, or to falsify news stories to get notoriety..

  4. don’t Breathe really should have been here. a very original idea with a twist. Probably not on here because of the grit and grime. that’s what happens when Sam raimi is apart of a films making. also, what about the first evil dead? sure you guys were trying not to pic the gory, but I can’t help but think that that film should be studied before the witch, which in fact was a huge letdown. the ending was not uneasy or shocking
