i watch/listen to his videos to help me sleep, i used to just randomly watch one episode but now i started from season 1 and now im at season 3, watching 1 episode a day, but i think i watched around 70+ episodes now, if you got insomnia or having a hard time sleeping, i recommend you watching his video, it will help you sleep but not because its boring, its because its so relaxing
