  1. Disappointed that ‘Freaks’ didn’t make the list. Talk about disturbing… ‘One of us, one of us’…

  2. There’s still controversy to this day surrounding “Cannibal Holocaust”. They shot the movie in the Amazon rain-forest of Colombia with indigenous tribes. Some people still believe that the woman who is on the post is real. The film maker claimed the woman was sitting on a unicycle but they were never able to recreate the scene to make it look that authentic again.

  3. Psycho was also famous for killing what people thought was the protagonist in the first 15 minutes. Like if Scream had said Drew Barrymore was the main star.

  4. While some of these films were actually controversial (a rarity for a watchmojo video about controversial movies/music/games etc.) please do a better job explaining why films such as Last House and I Spit on Your Grave were controversial instead of just saying they’re violent.
PS: The Human Centipede was not controversial, stop adding it to your lists just for clicks

  5. Listen. The Human Centipede is disturbing as hell, but still watchable. If A Serbian Film isn’t #1 I’m going to be so disappointed. Could barely watch it.

  6. I’ve seen Serbian Film and Human Centipede. Let me tell you, Serbian Film makes Human Centipede look like educational children’s cartoons
