Hancock was a “ORIGINAL” SCRIPTED SUPERHERO MOVIE THAT was originally written by Vincent Ngo in 1996. It languished in “development hell” for years and had various directors attached, including Tony Scott, Michael Mann, Jonathan Mostow, and Gabriele Muccino before going into production in 2007. Hancock was filmed in Los Angeles with a production budget of $150 million.
WatchMojo.com ummm u do know Hancock was comic book adaptation. So u broke your own rules

Hancock was actually pretty good in my opinion. I liked all of it
I still believe that Sucker Punch’s “dances” should have been their own movie. And they should have left the brothel and the insane asylum on the cutting room floor.
Batman v. Superman, anyone?
To be honest, I love Law Abading Citizen. I found it very interesting. Mostly the villan.
Bright
Idk, I loved Jennifer’s Body. Not on first watch, though – it’s fun to analyze, and Megan’s performance was great (despite how everyone loves to hate her). It’s quite tongue-in-cheek and seemingly superficial on the surface, though, so I get why people dislike it, but it’s definitely one of my favourites. The Purge had SO much potential. Too bad it turned out to be trite.
All this is trash
Jennifer’s Body was mostly a remake. Transcendence seems to be extremely similar to Lawnmower Man. You could have called it out.
