This edition of The CineFiles isn’t short of big Hollywood news! With the giant success of Wonder Wonder, Warner Bros. and DC execs have yet to re-sign star director Patty Jenkins for the sequel. But she does have ideas for the story should she return! Seth Rogen is very upset with Sony, as they recently announced they would be creating clean versions of their films, free of most swear words, sex scenes and other inappropriate content! And of course, Tom Cruise’s latest action film The Mummy is set for release Friday, June 9th, but the first edition of Universal’s Dark Universe has been a tremendous flop with critics, with some even calling it his worst movie to date.
