Hey YouTube, Jim here! Welcome to Top10Archive! As a voiceover artist, I quickly learned the importance of high-quality headphones. After going through many options, dropping more money than I care to admit, I finally narrowed down my choices… and it wasn’t easy.. If you have less than $100 to spare, then any of these ten headphones may work best to keep whatever it is you’re listening to private.

  1. thanks, jim! ive actually already bought two of these on the list and ill definitely check out one or two more

  2. I can attest to the Koss UR40’s, extremely lightweight and very good fidelity and Koss has a lifetime warranty on them if they break.

  3. This might be a bit specific to a certain demographic… but as a hearing impaired person, I look for two things with my headphones: good quality sound (I love music) and good noise ISOLATING ability. Noise Isolating is different than Noise Cancellation in that it dampens the sound coming FROM your headphones, so that people around you don’t go nuts. Since I can’t wear my hearing aids and over-the-ear headphones at the same time, I play my music very loud. I’ve tried many, many, many brands, etc., and my favourite (I’ve had two pairs) is Monster NCredible NTune On-Ear Headphones. You can get them for under $100 on Amazon! Also, they come in a variety of colours.
